These terms are the agreement between you and Scouted (getscouted.io) when you use Scouted. By creating an account you accept them. Our Privacy page explains how we handle your data.
You must be at least 18 years old. Recruiters must be real recruiters or hiring people at real companies. We verify recruiters before their searches go live.
Seekers pay for Scouted with a subscription (Starter or Pro) and can buy credit packs. Each period is paid at its start; there is no trial.
Paddle is the merchant of record: Paddle sells the subscription to you and handles payment, tax, invoices and refunds. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to every purchase.
Scouted is free for recruiters. Use what we send you only to recruit for real roles, and keep candidate data inside Scouted unless the candidate agrees otherwise.

What you post (your CV, profile, messages and notes) stays yours. You give us a licence to store, process and show it as needed to run Scouted, for example to build your Scout card and send it to recruiters. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for what our Privacy page says we keep.
Scouted uses AI to read your CV and to draft cover letters and messages. Drafts are yours. Review them before you send them: you are responsible for what goes out under your name.
Scouted puts your profile in front of recruiters. We cannot promise that a recruiter will reply, interview you or hire you.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people at risk or harms Scouted. Where we can, we tell you why first.
We work hard to keep Scouted running and accurate, but we provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we email you before it takes effect. If you keep using Scouted after that, the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
