Refunds

In short

You can cancel your plan at any time. Annual plans and unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days. Paddle, our merchant of record, issues every refund.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops renewing.

We do not give partial refunds for the rest of a period you cancel in.

Annual plans

An annual plan is refundable in full within 14 days of paying for it, as long as no send round has gone out for you since you paid.

Credit packs

• A credit pack is refundable in full within 14 days of buying it, as long as you have not used any of its credits.
• Once you use any credit from a pack, that pack can no longer be refunded.

Unread messages

If a recruiter does not read a message you spent a credit on within 14 days, Scouted puts the credit back on your balance automatically. You do not need to ask. See the unread-message rule.

How to ask for a refund

Paddle is the merchant of record for every Scouted purchase, so Paddle issues refunds. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply.

Email support@getscouted.io with your invoice number. You find it on each invoice in Billing. We answer within 3 business days.

Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
