Got questions? We've got answers
Does Scouted send without asking me?
Yes, on the schedule you can see counting down on your dashboard. Pause any round with one click; nothing goes out while a round is paused.
How is my profile shown to recruiters?
As a structured profile plus a short tailored cover letter. You can hide your current employer; recruiters then see "Confidential" until you reply.
What counts as a match?
A recruiter's saved search graded against your profile: exact on role, stack and country, or close when one of them is adjacent. You see the counts before every send.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens when I get hired?
Pause your card from Matching. Recruiters stop seeing it that day, your plan cancels at the end of the period, and your history stays. Without a plan, Scouted is locked until you choose one again.
